This option allows authorized employee to view other staffs’ details, such as:

  • Request Summary
  • Personal Info
  • Family
  • Address
  • Qualification
  • Skill
  • Membership
  • Bank Account
  • Job History
  • Insurance – Beneficiary

There are 2 groups of view options which are:

NOTE: User can only view the employees defined in the option FlexSetup Extended View Authorization. The FlexSetup can be viewed under the Main Page.

 

View Option A

This option only includes Request Summary menu which allows the authorized employee to view several employees’ request summary.

Steps to view data:

  1. Select Request Summary under Extended Authorized (View).

2. The request summary screen will appear.

3. Fill in the information to search and view the details:-

    • Status
      • Select the Status of the application by clicking the dropdown button.
    • Type
      • Select the employee detail type by clicking the dropdown button.
    • Date From …… Date To
      • Enter the date range of the application or select from the calendar view by click the dropdown button.
    • Reference
      • Enter the reference no of the application.
    • Advance Search
      • Click the button to select the desired employees or else leave as empty to select all.

4. Click the Search button to list the listing information or click the Reset button to reset the filter and view the default listing.

5. Click on the Name link to view the record in detail.

6. Click Back button to go back to the Request Summary screen.

 

View Option B

This option will allow the authorized employee to view the employees’ information which you may find them from Extended View menu:

These menus will be able to view with the same steps as showing below by using Address as example.

Steps to view data:

1.Select Address under Extended Authorized (View).

2. The View Leave Entitlement screen will appear.

3. You may use Advance Search if you wish to view selected employee only.

After selecting your desired employee, click Search.

Else, click Reset to clear all filter and view the default listing.

5. After clicking Search, a listing will be shown.

6. Click on the Name link.

7. The address information of the employee will be shown at the table below.

8. To view the record in detail, click on the Address Type link.
