Some of the information available are employee attendance history, lost\/overtime hours trend analysis, lost hours analysis and etc.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Employee Attendance History<\/h2>\r\n<p>Employee Attendance History is a unique inquiry view where all attendance information on the specified staff (captured by <em>flex<\/em>HR\u00aeHRMS) is available in one single screen.<\/p>\r\n<p>Steps to view record:<\/p>\r\n<p>1. Drop down the Inquiry menu and click on <strong>Employee Attendance History<\/strong> option.<\/p>\r\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-14332 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.flexhr.com.my\/support\/help-uat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Pasted-101.png\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>2. Use the Search screen to locate the employee No. or Employee name or employee new NRIC No. Click on the \u2018SEARCH\u2019 button.<\/p>\r\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-14333 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.flexhr.com.my\/support\/help-uat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Pasted-102.png\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>If the entry is not valid, system will indicate a message informing user that there is no record match. Just Click on the \u2018SEARCH\u2019 button on the <strong><em>Find<\/em><\/strong> dialog and the List screen is displayed. Click to select the employee No.<\/p>\r\n<p>3. The Employee Attendance History screen will be shown as below. The information is organized into 2 different tabs.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Employee Details Tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>This screen will show the employee\u2019s basic details.<\/p>\r\n<p><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-14335 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.flexhr.com.my\/support\/help-uat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Pasted-103.png\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Attendance Records Tab<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>This screen will show all the attendance records that are stored in the system.
