Employee Leave History\/Balance<\/h2>\r\n

Inquiry is used for interaction between the user and flex<\/em>HR\u00aeHRMS. Inquiry enables the user to retrieve the employee leave entitlements detail and perform leave analysis. Leave entitlement records and computation must be done prior to Inquiry.<\/p>\r\n

Steps to view record:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

1. Drop down the Inquiry menu and click Employee Leave History\/Balance option. The List screen will appear.<\/p>\r\n

2. Use the Search icon to locate the Employee Leave History\/Balance option. Click the \u2018SEARCH\u2019 button.<\/p>\r\n

NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

If the entry is not valid, system will indicate a message telling user that there is no record match.<\/p>\r\n

3. The inquiry screen lets a user view leave balances and history of a specified staff leave detail. The inquiry has 3 screen tabs, namely \u201cEmployee Details\u201d, \u201cLeave Entitlement\u201d and \u201cLeave Record\u201d.<\/p>\r\n

4. The Employee Details screen tab gives an overview of the staff\u2019s profile s shown below:<\/p>\r\n

5. The Leave Entitlement screen tab will display the leave entitlement update records. It will display the details of each leave entitlement update record details in columns. The screen tab will appear as shown below:<\/p>\r\n

6. Click the \u2018Explain’ button and Explanation for Employee Leave History\/Balance will be elaborated in great depth the calculation for each item in the Leave Entitlement inquiry. It will highlight the leave code, leave base\/Cutoff, and prorate entitlement, entitlement date, calculation start date and up to date. According to the criteria, leave balance derivation procedures is displayed.<\/p>\r\n

7. Click the \u2018Bfwd. Explain’ button and Explanation for Employee Leave History\/Balance will elaborate in great depth the calculation for each item in the Leave B\/Forward inquiry. It will highlight the leave code, leave cutoff, entitlement since, benefit scheme, b\/fwd, entitlement fwd and computation method. According to the criteria, leave b\/fwd derivation procedures is displayed.<\/p>\r\n

8. The Leave Records screen tab will display the leave record(s) under the specific leave entitlement update record. The screen tab will appear as shown below :<\/p>\r\n
