The FlexSetup can be viewed under the Main Page.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>View Option A<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This option only includes Request Summary menu which allows the authorized employee to view several employees\u2019 request summary.<\/p>\n<p><img width=\"210\" height=\"263\" class=\"wp-image-17232 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reninnovation.com\/support\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/graphical-user-interface-application-description-56.png\" alt=\"Graphical user interface, application Description automatically generated\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps to view data:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>Request Summary<\/strong>\u00a0under Extended Authorized (View).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2. Fill in the information to search and view the details:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Status\n<ul>\n<li>Select the Status of the application by clicking the dropdown button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Type\n<ul>\n<li>Select the employee detail type by clicking the dropdown button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Date From \u2026\u2026 Date To\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the date range of the application or select from the calendar view by click the dropdown button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Reference\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the reference no of the application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Advance Search\n<ul>\n<li>Click the button to select the desired employees or else leave as empty to select all.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4. Click the <strong>Search<\/strong> button to list the listing information or click the <strong>Reset<\/strong> button to reset the filter and view the default listing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5. Click <strong>Back<\/strong> button to go back to the Request Summary screen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>View Option B<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">This option will allow the authorized employee to view the employees\u2019 information which you may find them from Extended View menu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><img width=\"210\" height=\"265\" class=\"wp-image-17242 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reninnovation.com\/support\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/graphical-user-interface-application-description-62.png\" alt=\"Graphical user interface, application Description automatically generated\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>These menus will be able to view with the same steps<\/em><\/span> as showing below by using Address as example.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steps to view data:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.Select\u00a0<strong>Address<\/strong>\u00a0under Extended Authorized (View).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.
