Full-time positions

Responsibilities:
  • Design , develop , test , debug and implementation of applications to satisfy business requirements of projects.
  • Provide technical consultation for developing new systems or enhancing existing ones to support the business needs.
  • Able to do scoping of work and provide estimation.
  • Research and evaluation of alternative solutions, and recommended implementations.
  • Work with team members to estimate timelines and define project plans.
  • Ensure the expected application performance level achieved.
  • Perform code reviews and testing.
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in IT or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of software development experience.  Minimum 3 years related working experience (for senior position).
  • Proficient in Component-Based Development , Unit Testing and strong programming background.
  • Proven track records development and developing web application in your current/previous employments.
  • Knowledge of and experience with:
    • .NET MVC
    • C#, Entity Framework
    • AJAX
    • Javascript, JQuery
    • CSS , Bootstrap
    • MS SQL (DB Design, Store Procedures, Performance Tuning)
    • .NET 7
    • Web API
  • Knowledge in the following is an advantage :
    • Web Services Integration (REST, SOAP, JSON)
    • Cloud Computing Services by Azure
    • Understanding of Agile methodology – Scrum

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implementing the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Employee Self Service (ESS) & Human Resource Strategy System (HRSS) Module.
  • Ensure project delivery as per gap analysis.
  • Able to conduct requirement study. Understand on customer needs and able convert into system configuration & setting.
  • Plan coordination for preparation internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments.
  • Plan, manages and monitors minor projects from concepts through implementation.
  • Consolidate variety of reports covering budget status, forecast reports and other project reports.
  • Monitor tracking documents for meetings, and update tracking document accordingly.
Requirements:
  • STPM/ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science / Information Technology major in IT / HR related study.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications is a must. Knowledge & experience in Microsoft SQL will be an advantage.
  • Liaise with internal or external stakeholder or team to identify & define requirements, scope and objective.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 year related working experience.
  • Assist on ad-hoc task as and when is assigned by immediate superior. Able to delegate to the team when it is necessary.
  • Candidate willing to work with team/junior with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He/she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Helping to enhance department/team and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Excellent in time management & monitoring technology would be great.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Willing to travel with possess own transport and implementation at customer office.
  • Willing to be reallocate.

  • Assist in perform application testing before prior to the customer release.
  • Prepare tracking documents for meetings, and update tracking document accordingly.
Requirements:
  • STPM/ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science / Information Technology major in IT / HR related study.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in Microsoft SQL will be an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience.
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply with graduate from an accredited college or university in Computer Science / Information Technology major in IT / HR related study.
  • Excellent in time management & monitoring technology would be great
  • Willing to travel with possess own transport and implementation at customer office

  • To establish & maintain close relationship with existing & potential customer.
  • Responsible for all marketing & promotional activities.
  • Responsible to handle all sales enquiries.
  • Responsible for preparation and making presentation to potential customer.
Requirements:
  • Aggressive, result oriented and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated starter with a proven sales record.
  • Resourceful and creative with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English and possess good analytical and written skills.
  • Possesses own transport and willing to travel
  • 1-2 year’s works experience Sales & Marketing.
  • Candidate who has HR or software related experience will have an added advantage.
  • Advance Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or its equivalent
  • For freshie, Candidate Degree in Business Administration or IT, Confident in public speaking
  • For experience candidate, Relevant sales experience in software solutions and confident in public speaking
