Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implementing the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Employee Self Service (ESS) & Human Resource Strategy System (HRSS) Module.
  • Ensure project delivery as per gap analysis.
  • Able to conduct requirement study. Understand on customer needs and able convert into system configuration & setting.
  • Plan coordination for preparation internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments.
  • Plan, manages and monitors minor projects from concepts through implementation.
  • Consolidate variety of reports covering budget status, forecast reports and other project reports.
  • Monitor tracking documents for meetings, and update tracking document accordingly.
Requirements:
  • STPM/ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science / Information Technology major in IT / HR related study.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications is a must. Knowledge & experience in Microsoft SQL will be an advantage.
  • Liaise with internal or external stakeholder or team to identify & define requirements, scope and objective.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Minimum 3 year related working experience.
  • Assist on ad-hoc task as and when is assigned by immediate superior. Able to delegate to the team when it is necessary.
  • Candidate willing to work with team/junior with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He/she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Review product specification to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable
  • Consult with software development team to evaluate interface, operational, performance and security requirements of overall system.
  • Define test methods and create test plans for new or on-going software application to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to functional specification as well as established standards under normal and abnormal conditions
  • Execute test plans and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing and correction
  • Conduct software compatibility test, regression test and load test
  • Create test script using automated test tools that facilitate data gathering and test method execution, by improving test accuracy and shorten test duration.
  • Collaborate with software developer and customer service to plan and prepare product releases to meet customer delivery expectation
Requirements:
  • Experience in developing and maintaining test scenarios for functional and regression testing experience in stress and load testing.
  • Experience in using automated testing tools.
  • Experience in testing Internet-native, browser-based applications.
  • Experience with databases.
  • Excellent teamwork and (oral and written) communication skills.
  • Proactive and an excellent team player.
  • Fresh graduates who interested in testing are encouraged applying.

  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Candidates will be responsible for implementing and maintaining hardware/software/network/security for the company’s SAAS.

Responsibilities include:
  • capacity planning & monitoring
  • operational management of the SAAS infra, with ability to provide automation for most operational duties
  • network management
  • security monitoring and control
  • Installation and configuration.
  • Business continuity planning
  • Backup and disaster recovery planning

He/she will also oversee the corporate web site and internal office infrastructure. Some offsite shift work for support may be required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in system administration on Windows, with preference in Azure SAAS management.
  • Experience in Windows & setting up SQL server and VMs in Windows.
  • Good understanding of networking, security, Windows and Azure technology.
  • Good trouble-shooting skills and support attitude is a must.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all users.
Responsibilities:
  • Design , develop , test , debug and implementation of applications to satisfy business requirements of projects
  • Provide technical consultation for developing new systems or enhancing existing ones to support the business needs
  • Able to do scoping of work and provide estimation
  • Research and evaluation of alternative solutions, and recommended implementations
  • Work with team members to estimate timelines and define project plans
  • Ensure the expected application performance level achieved
  • Perform code reviews and testing
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent time-management Skills
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in IT or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of software development experience.  Minimum 3 years related working experience (for senior position).
  • Proficient in Component Based Development , Unit Testing and strong programming background
  • Proven track records development and developing web application in your current/previous employments
  • Experience in Microsoft .NET technologies.
